Apart from enjoying this beautiful time of year, I am also looking forward to hearing the next update from the Crofting Bill Group.

The Crofting Bill Group was convened to aid in the development of proposals to take forward a Crofting Bill. The group meets regularly (usually) in Edinburgh.

Here you can see the various agendas and minutes of the Crofting Bill Group, together with the latest lists for the phase 1 and phase 2 reforms.

The lists are a real eye-opener. It will be very interesting to see how the Scottish Government introduces these reforms without also introducing the unintended consequences we all dread.
