I took advantage of the extension to the consultation deadline and submitted the following comments yesterday to the Scottish Government’s Crofting Bill Team.

It’s been a busy few weeks for me, with lots of travelling between Skye and Inverness, meeting clients in both locations and also en route.

The Scottish Government have today issued their consultation on crofting law reform. This is an exciting development in the field and is great news for all of us who have been trying to ensure that reform stays on the political agenda.
